The YWAM Classic Adventure DTS is perfect for those with a heart for adventure, seeking to embrace the thrilling experiences that Australia has to offer while embarking on an epic journey of spiritual discovery. This dynamic Discipleship Training School will help you deepen your relationship with God through engaging lectures and a supportive team dedicated to cheering you on in your faith journey. Participants in the YWAM Classic Adventure DTS can look forward to exhilarating activities such as road trips, snorkeling, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and much more. Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in a vibrant environment filled with encouragement, biblical teaching, and personal growth. Following the lecture phase, you’ll spend 8 weeks on outreach, both locally and internationally, applying what you’ve learned. The Classic Adventure DTS is a track under our Adventure DTS. A Discipleship Training School (DTS) is for anyone! Whether you are looking for a way to spend your gap year, or you are an individual who is eager to deepen your faith, develop leadership skills, and engage in service, YWAM DTS is for you! It provides a supportive community for personal growth and transformation, ideal for those seeking direction in their spiritual journey or aiming to make a positive global impact. In a lot of ways, DTS reflects Bible school with specific focuses on Knowing God and Making God Known. Whether you are looking for a way to spend your gap year, pursuing ministry, missions, or a fuller expression of faith, DTS offers a unique, encouraging environment.
What should I pack for YWAM DTS?

On your DTS you should pack plenty of clothes for 5 months of ministry & adventure. Don't forget your Bible, laptop, & journal for lectures!

How much does YWAM DTS cost?

All of our DTS’s are $4850 AUD for Lecture Phase, and $4500 AUD for Outreach Phase. The Adventure DTS costs an additional $800 AUD to cover activity costs. The Lecture Phase fee covers tuition, housing, and food. The Outreach Phase fee covers travel expenses, accomodation, and food. The fee for the Outreach Phase of DTS is subject to the price of airfare. If you are coming from overseas, remember that our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
