LEAD LIKE JESUS
[Save Your Spot](https://ywamtoowoomba.com/ywam-dts-application?hsLang=en)
TAKE ON RESPONSIBILITY & CHANGE THE WORLD.
Leading in a Christian missions context is crucial as it provides direction and inspiration, ensuring that the mission's objectives align with biblical teachings and values. Effective leadership fosters unity and collaboration among team members, empowering them to serve communities with compassion and integrity.
WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL?
The Leadership Development School (LDS) is a 2-year program for those interested in diving deeper into their relationship with God and learning more about themselves while growing in valuable leadership skills for ministry work.
Participants will lead out in one or more areas of ministry at our centre throughout their time on this course as well as attend monthly Development Sessions to aid in their personal and professional growth.
“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing…” - 1 Peter 5:2
###### Lead & Grow

###### Development Sessions
BE EQUIPPED TO LEAD.
Throughout the course you will have weekly Development Sessions where you will be engaging in classroom discussion and lectures about Christian leadership. These sessions will directly apply to the leadership role you will be stewarding during the season. Get ready to grow and lead like Jesus!
